    • There are significant defects or issues with the installation that cannot be resolved.
    • The service is canceled before any work has commenced.

Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at sales@installnow.ca within 4 days of the service completion or cancellation.
  • Provide detailed information regarding the reason for your refund request, along with any relevant documentation or evidence to support your claim.
  • Our team will review your request and determine your eligibility for a refund.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including:
    • Any service fees already incurred by Install Now.
    • Services that have been completed to the agreed specifications.
    • Services canceled outside of the specified timeframe.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel a scheduled service appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee being applied to your account.
